- Use a reliable internet connection while filling your form. This will make your experience fast, smooth and easy.
- Before proceeding, ensure that your ATM Card is activated for online transactions, that is, if you want to pay right away and access the form. You may Click here to check the procedures for activating ATM Card for online transaction.
- Registration is required before you can pay and apply online. You must provide a valid email and phone number as your Admission PIN & SERIAL NUMBER will be sent to your email and phone.
- Ensure that you have a scanned copy of your passport photograph in jpg or png format. It must NOT be more than 20kb in size.
- Ensure that all your details are correct and true before you click Save & Continue as what you save would be deemed to be true and could deny you admission if it is found to be false.

Candidates should come to Registrar’s office for POST UTME SCREENING on any working day. They should bring:
- Evidence of payment for ONLINE ADMISSION FORM. This payment should be made online on this portal.
- Admission Form printout from the portal.
- Admission Letter printed from the portal. Click here to print your Admission Letter.
- Evidence of Payment for Acceptance Fee. Click here to pay Acceptance Fee
- Two passport photograph.
- One file jacket.
- Original and one photocopy of JAMB Result, O’level Result, Birth Certificate, and Certificate of Origin.
